Everyone was best and efficient. The deluxe king room was new-fashioned and fashionable, with a sofa bed, central heating and an electronic key card. Had an incredible view of the bay and city from a great balcony.

It's hip new place to stay 2 km away from an iconic hillside funicular.

It was a RESTFUL stay, I would recommend this place. The breakfasts were perfect and the service was exceptional. Strategic location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a public square. I enjoyed dark furniture in the deluxe queen room. The downstairs bar was nice and the drinks were mixed.

Very very helpful staff, local area, they have nice restaurant. Everything was perfect as expected, but the bathroom was old. 0.5 km away from Aerodromo Rodelillo airport. Having different warm drinks in the rooftop bar was a very nice touch...

spotless, unique location, truly outstanding staff. the breakfast was generous, had lots of food like fresh fruit, eggs, yoghourt and cheese. not bad hotel with outstanding customer service. cool coffee and tea in the roof top bar, free parking place.

I would recomand this place, did not want to leave. The room had climate control, a dining area and a sitting area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Had hot drinks in the roof top bar. Need to point that free WiFi throughout the property was a good bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything during our memorable stay. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were excellent! Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Also, it's minutes from Muelle Prat and other tourist sights.
